Giveaway – Tickets to Abbott’s First Mums’ & Dads’ Congress 2015
This is the 10th year Abbott is organising their First Mums’ & Dads’ Congress (FMDC) to equip new parents and parents-to-be with useful information on pregnancy and parenting.
As with the past years, you can expect to learn valuable tips from the healthcare experts. This year’s topics are on pregnancy, nutrition, confinement practices and baby developmental milestones in the first year. There will also be live demos on how to massage and soothe your crying baby (which can be a real life saver when you are faced with a wailing baby and out of your wits what to do!).
There will also be sure-win prizes, an exclusive jubilee baby gift and this year’s wonderful goodie bag also includes an adorable customised baby blanket!
The event will be held on 15 March (Sunday), 12-5pm, at Fairmont Singapore and the lovely people from Abbott has kindly sponsored 3 pairs of tickets (worth $40) to be given away to my readers 🙂

March 4, 2015 at 5:26 pmAs a first time parent, my husband and I are both very happy, excited and nervous about our new journey together as parents to our adorable boy. It’s been 2 weeks since the birth of our boy. It’s truly amazing, but honestly tiring. However, we never fail to be mesmerized by his smile, his cries, his coos, and just the way he cringes after finishing his milk.
Our boy is preparing for his cleft lip surgery in June/July but he has been very patient and is such a good boy. He doesn’t fuss much even though I know he may be very uncomfortable at times. We are very thankful and one thing we are looking forward the most about being a parent is to give our boy the best we can provide and be a supporter in his growth, and a part of all his firsts!!
